ARTICLE 1: Presentation 

The Haben Design company under the trade name MAISON SHIIBA, SAS with a capital of 10 000 € registered with the RCS of Melun under the number 838 019 974 00016, and whose registered office is at 04 rue du maréchal Fellegara, 06400 Cannes (here- hereinafter referred to as "MAISON SHIIBA" or "the Organizer") is organizing a competition via a form entitled "Win € 150 in MAISON SHIIBA products" from July 10, 2021 to September 15, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). The Game is open to any natural person located in France, Belgium and Switzerland. The Game consists of a drawing of lots among the validly registered participants (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). The Game is accessible via a pop-up which is displayed when opening a page on the site maisonshiiba.fr . The Game is free, with no obligation to purchase, and is open to any natural person to the exclusion of MAISON SHIIBA staff, any partner companies, or any person who participated in the development of the Game. that the minor participant must provide proof of parental authorization. The Game is subject to French law.

MAISON SHIIBA may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend or terminate this Game, in whole or in part, subject only to not prejudicing the rights of participants already registered.

ARTICLE 2: Duration

The Game will be open to participants from July 10, 2021 to September 15, 2021, midnight, metropolitan French time.

ARTICLE 3: Course of the game 

3.1 Entries for the Game

In order to be able to participate in the Game, the participant must:

- Go to: maisonshiiba.fr

- Complete the participation form which appears in pop-up: enter your email address, then check the box “I accept emails from MAISON SHIIBA” or “I agree to receive emails from MAISON SHIIBA”, and click on the "I'M REGISTERING !". Each participant must mention their email address and have checked the box "I accept emails from MAISON SHIIBA" or "I agree to receive emails from MAISON SHIIBA". Any incorrect, illegible or incomplete e-mail address will automatically lead to the disqualification of the participant, MAISON SHIIBA reserving the right to carry out any checks to this effect. MAISON SHIIBA is not responsible for corrupted, non-open or non-transferable files.

3.2 Prize draw

The draw for the winner will be carried out by MAISON SHIIBA on September 15, 2021 via computer software among the participants validly registered for the Game.

ARTICLE 4: Conditions of participation

Each participant must follow the instructions described in article 3.1 in order to participate in the Game and may only participate once in the Game. Any incomplete entry document that does not comply with the conditions described in the Rules will be considered void. In addition, participants will elect domicile for the duration of the Game at the address they have previously declared. MAISON SHIIBA reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular in a computer manner in the context of participation in the Game or the determination of the winner. MAISON SHIIBA reserves the right, in this case, not to award the prize to the fraudster and / or to prosecute the perpetrators of these frauds before the competent courts. ARTICLE 5: Publication of results

The winner will be contacted directly by e-mail by MAISON SHIIBA at the valid address indicated when registering for participation in the Game.

- Express acceptance of their earnings no later than fifteen (15) days after contacting them by email;

- Communication to MAISON SHIIBA, within the same period of fifteen (15) days after contacting by email, of the elements essential to sending the prize (postal address, email address and telephone number), the winner will be considered as having renounced his endowment.

ARTICLE 6: Endowment

The Game is made up of the following prize:

- 1 gift card with a value of 150 € TTC to be used on www.maisonshiiba.fr to choose the MAISON SHIIBA products of your choice. The gift card is not refundable, nor exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot case be exchanged for its monetary value. No compensation can be requested by the winner if the overall order is less than € 150 including tax. If taxes or charges are applicable, they remain the responsibility of the winner.

MAISON SHIIBA cannot be held liable or sought if, as a result of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, changes occur in the running of the Game or even if MAISON SHIIBA is forced to interrupt, postpone or cancel. outright cancel the Game.

ARTICLE 7: Awarding of the lot

The gift card will be sent by electronic message no later than fifteen (15) days after the end of the Game. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the incorrect or non-delivery of the products by the Post Office or any other transport company.

ARTICLE 9: General Information

MAISON SHIIBA reminds participants of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network and declines all responsibility for the consequences of their connection to this network via the Game site. In particular, MAISON SHIIBA cannot be held responsible in the event of problems of downloading or forwarding e-mail. More specifically, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to participants, to their computer equipment and to the data stored therein and for the consequences that may result therefrom on their personal or professional activity. MAISON SHIIBA can no longer be held responsible in the event that one or more participants are unable to connect to the Game site or participate in the Game due to any technical defect or any problem related in particular to network congestion.

ARTICLE 10: Information technology and freedoms

The personal data of Participants collected during participation in the Game is subject to computer processing by MAISON SHIIBA, under its responsibility, intended to manage participation in the Game, to designate the winner and to deliver the Prize.
