FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To order personalized mini candles, you have to :
- Choose the visual to engrave,
- Write the text you want to display on the personalized mini candle,
- Select the scent of your choice,
- Then indicate your quantity.
If you want different designs then you must make several configurations.
Of course we accept orders from 1 piece to infinity.
We regularly have orders for more than 250 pieces.
You can engrave your own design or logo on the personalized mini candles.
To do this, simply check in the first part of the customization "I have my own logo" for it to be taken into account.
Then once the order has been placed, you send us your designs or logo with the order number to design@maisonshiiba.fr.
The drawing or logo must be in the format: Svg, Pdf or Ai for better rendering quality.
The burning time of mini candles depends on their size and the quality of the wax. Our model burns on average 4 hours.
The mini candles are made from soy/rapeseed wax and are considered eco-friendly. They are cast and engraved in our workshop in Cannes.
Be sure to supervise children when they are near lit candles. LED tea lights are a safer option for children.
