2. What is the manufacturing and delivery time for an engraved candle?
The average turnaround time is 24 hours for manufacturing, then 2 to 4 days for delivery depending on the carrier. As each candle is customised on demand, we make it a point of honour to ensure speed and quality. In case of emergency, an express service is also available with Chronopost.
3. What is the difference between a custom printed candle and an engraved candle?
A printed candle uses a label or print on the container, while an engraved candle offers permanent, refined marking directly on the lid. Engraving is resistant to time and heat and adds an incomparable touch of luxury.
