To ensure the engraving accurately reflects your wishes, please read the information below before confirming your order:
1. Engraving on the lid
The engraving is done on the lid of each candle.
You can remove the lid and place it on another candle if you wish to associate a different scent with a person.
2. Compliance with the provided text
We copy and paste exactly the text you type (capital letters, spelling, punctuation).
We do not make any corrections : please proofread your text carefully before submitting.
3. Customizable area
In the personalization image, the text in red corresponds to the customizable area .
The text in black is an integral part of the design and cannot be changed .

4. Several candles, one or more texts
- If you order multiple candles but specify only one text , that same text will be engraved on all the lids .
- If you enter several texts but some fields are left blank , the corresponding lids will be engraved with only the design , without text.
5. Color and rendering of the engraving
Laser engraving does not add color : it removes the gold paint from the aluminum lid.
The color of the engraved text can vary from white to light grey , depending on the depth of engraving and the light.
6. Text size and readability
The lid is designed for short texts (first names, dates, short notes).
The longer the text, the smaller the font size will be, and therefore the less readable it will be.
💡 Tip:
For an elegant and harmonious result, opt for short and simple messages , for example:
“Thank you Lisa” • “With love” • “Christmas 2025” • “Samantha”
7. Tolerance for artisanal work
Each engraving is done by a laser machine and checked manually.
A slight tolerance of 1 mm may exist: this is the signature of our handcrafted production 🇫🇷.
8. Out of stock of a scent
👌 If one of the scents you selected is out of stock when your order is being prepared, it will automatically be replaced with another to prioritize your delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

The average manufacturing time is 24 hours, followed by 2 to 4 days for delivery, depending on the carrier. Each candle is personalized to order, so we make it a point of honor to ensure speed and quality. In case of emergency, an express service is also available with Chronopost.
3. What is the difference between a custom printed candle and an engraved candle?
