Customization

How can I personalize my candle?

When placing your order, you can add the text of your choice (first name, date, sweet message, logo, etc.) in the space provided for this purpose.

Each engraving is precisely laser- cut, directly onto the candle lid.

Can I customize the design or the engraved symbol?

Yes ✨ You can choose from our available design templates or submit your own creation (logo, simple illustration, symbol).

For any specific request, contact us at commande@maisonshiiba.fr before validating your order.

Can I add emojis?

No, the machine does not take emojis into account.

Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?

In accordance with the law, personalized items are neither returnable nor exchangeable , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

Non-personalized items, however, can be returned.

What happens if I leave a field blank?

If a personalization field is left blank, we will only engrave the chosen design , without text.

This allows us to maintain an elegant, refined design that remains true to your wishes.

What are the shipping times?

All orders are engraved and shipped within 24 working hours from our workshop in Cannes (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What are the delivery times depending on the destination?

🇪🇺 Europe: 2 to 5 business days
🌍 International: 5 to 10 business days

What delivery methods are available?

Collection point : €3.99 (free for orders of 8 mini candles or more, or for purchases of €39 or more)
Express home delivery : €6.90
International delivery : quote available upon request or after contacting commande@maisonshiiba.fr

Which carriers do you use?

We work with trusted partners : Chronopost and local postal services depending on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

For other countries, please contact us before placing your order to check feasibility and delivery times.

Order tracking

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number .

This link allows you to track your package in real time until it is delivered.

I haven't received my follow-up email, what should I do?

First, check your spam or junk mail folder .

If you can't find anything, contact our team at commande@maisonshiiba.fr with your order number — we will immediately send you the tracking link.

My order seems to be stuck/delayed, what should I do?

No worries 🌿

Carriers may experience occasional delays during peak periods (Christmas, holidays).

Write to us at commande@maisonshiiba.fr and we will contact the carrier to give you precise news within 24 hours.

Can I collect my order directly from your workshop?

Yes, it's possible 🇫🇷

You can pick up your order directly from our workshop in Cannes .

Simply call us before your arrival at 📞 0493682360 and give us your order number so that we can prepare your package.

Manufacturing

Where are Maison Shiiba candles manufactured?

All our candles are hand-poured and engraved in our workshop in Cannes , France 🇫🇷.

Each item is carefully checked before shipment.

What materials do you use?

Our candles are made from natural wax , with a cotton wick and fragrances from Grasse — selected for their quality and lasting scent.

Are all the scents French?

Yes ✨

All our fragrances come from French perfumers , mainly based in Grasse , the world capital of perfume.

How long does a candle burn?

Mini candle (20g) : approximately 3 to 4 hours
150g candle : approximately 40 to 45 hours

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Yes ✨

Our candles contain no ingredients of animal origin and are never tested on animals .
